Position Summary

Join our lean HR team as a pivotal, hands-on leader responsible for driving talent, performance management, enterprise-wide engagement, and communication/change management. This role encompasses training management, including serving as a trainer when needed, and plays a key role in our strategic "Evolution 2030" planning team. You'll be integral to advancing our three strategic pillars: Growth, Operational Excellence, and Engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Strategic Development:

  • Lead and craft talent and organizational strategies to enhance engagement and support all stages of the talent lifecycle.
  • Build strong partnerships with senior leaders to align business strategies with leadership development and change management solutions.
  • Collaborate with functional partners and HR teams to deploy initiatives that align with our broader strategic goals.

 

Learning & Development:

  • Develop and manage a high-performing L&D function, delivering programs for onboarding, career growth, and leadership development.
  • Identify skill gaps and create learning solutions for critical organizational needs.
  • Design and deliver training content and experiences to support upskilling and continuous improvement.

 

Organizational Development:

  • Design the company’s competency framework to guide performance and development programs.
  • Implement scalable processes for talent growth, including talent reviews and succession planning.
  • Support the performance management cycle, embedding best practices in coaching, goal setting, and development planning.
  • Establish change management practices with tools and processes to meet business needs.

 

Engagement & Culture:

  • Design and analyze employee surveys to drive cultural and engagement improvements.
  • Enhance company culture amid business growth, promoting an employee-centric transformation.
  • Continuously improve onboarding to ensure a positive new hire experience.
  • Implement initiatives to cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace, such as mentoring and inclusive leadership programs.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Comprehensive knowledge of talent management, including L&D, succession planning, and talent strategy.
  • Effective communicator and facilitator, skilled in training across all organizational levels.
  • Strong business acumen, relating HR needs to organizational objectives.
  • Excellent project management skills, including logistics and program management.
  • Proven relationship builder and influencer with stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
  • Collaborative, inclusive work style with a commitment to excellence and purposeful leadership.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of advanced HR experience, with 5+ years in organizational development/change management in high-growth environments.
  • 2+ years of experience leading and coaching high-performing teams.

The expected annual salary range for this position is $150,000-170,000.

This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus with a target incentive of 10% of base salary.
