Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic AI & Analytics Manager to lead the design and implementation of AI and Analytics solutions across our enterprise. This role combines deep analytical expertise with leadership skills to drive innovation through AI, advanced analytics, and data strategy. You will be responsible for developing AI-enabled tools, transforming data into actionable insights, and fostering data and AI-first culture across departments such as Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s AI and analytics strategy aligned with business goals.
- Champion AI/data literacy and promote a data-driven decision-making culture across the organization.
- Oversee the planning, resourcing, and delivery of AI projects including GenAI, Agentic AI solutions, LLMs, and traditional ML.
- Define project scope, success metrics, and timelines in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise priorities and integration with existing systems and data platforms.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to solve business problems such as demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, inventory optimization, etc.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance across global datasets.
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proven ability to research and analyze complex problem statements, synthesize large volumes of information, and distill key insights to develop effective AI strategies
- Experience collecting information from stakeholders via interviews, surveys and workshops to ensure successful implementation of analytic and AI solutions
- Familiarity with the various Generative and Agentic AI tools, frameworks and platforms, with the ability to support technology selection and recommendation
- Exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex concepts to C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders
- Knowledge of AI ethics frameworks, regulatory compliance programs, and risk management protocols (preferred but not required)
- Act as an AI/Analytics evangelist within the company
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Azure Data Fabric, Power BI/Tableau.
- Experience in AI/ML enablement, LLMs, GenAI platforms preferably Microsoft, and workflow automation tools (PowerAutomate, etc.).
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems and processes.
- Occasional travel may be required, up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and executing enterprise analytics and AI strategies, including identifying high-impact use cases, building business cases with quantified ROI, and creating actionable strategic roadmaps

The expected annual salary range for this position is $130-160K.
This position is eligible for a discretionary bonus with a target incentive of 10% of base salary.
